Impact OS Founding Operator Order Terms — Review Draft
This order is between the independent business identified at checkout (Owner) and the Impact OS provider identified on the final signed order form (Provider). The checkout summary, current plan description, these Order Terms, and the Impact OS Software License Agreement make up the agreement.
1. Fees and billing. The Owner pays the one-time implementation fee and first monthly license payment at checkout. The monthly license renews automatically using the saved payment method until cancelled under the cancellation terms shown at checkout. Taxes and separately approved third-party costs are additional when applicable.
2. Implementation. Provider will prepare one workspace, provide the included starter materials, guide the Owner through setup, and help the Owner reach the first live customer-delivery path. Implementation begins after payment and account information are received. The Owner remains responsible for timely decisions, accurate business information, staff participation, and legal compliance.
3. Support. Included support covers normal use of the current Impact OS product and the implementation items listed in the order. It does not include unlimited consulting, advertising management, custom development, data entry, or third-party services unless added in writing.
4. Cancellation. The specific commitment and notice rules shown in the checkout summary control. Unless the order says otherwise, the setup fee becomes non-refundable once implementation begins, paid subscription periods are non-refundable, and access ends at the end of the paid term. Provider may suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation after reasonable notice when notice is practical.
5. Independent business. The Owner operates an independent business, controls its own prices, employment, customer promises, professional decisions, and legal compliance, and does not receive any right to present itself as Impact Performance or another Provider-owned brand. This software license does not create a franchise, partnership, agency, employment relationship, territory, or business-opportunity guarantee.
6. No guaranteed results. Impact OS provides software, templates, education, and operating tools. Provider does not guarantee revenue, profit, customer results, business success, or athletic outcomes.
7. Order of control. If the checkout summary conflicts with these Order Terms, the checkout summary controls for price, billing interval, support package, commitment, and included services. The Software License Agreement controls product access, intellectual property, data, security, and acceptable use.
